APPLICATION - GLASS WASHING / CLEANING
• A range of nylon filament diameters are used to ensure through cleaning without damage based on each specific application and coating used.
• Brushes are precision trimmed to ensure smooth, concentric rotation.
• Cores and journals are available in steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
A CHOICE OF SERVICES:
• RETRIM - IBC can trim and true your brushes to their original smooth surface providing additional brush life fr very little cost.
• REWRAP - IBC can rewrap your cores with new brush material to their original diameter for far less than original cost of replacement brushes.
• REPAIR - IBC can repair worn journals to like new condition.
• REPLACE - IBC manufactures a complete line of high quality replacement brushes for most makes and models of glass washing machinery, crated and ready for delivery.
